      Pay is good for now...going to performance pay soon. Don't really know how it will effect my bottom line.

      If your young and want to make money... This is the place for you! I worked here while going to College and was able to pay my own tuition..

      Cons

      Very cold in the winter, and very hot in the summer Depending on your location. Humidity is unreal! Guaranteed to lose 10 pounds within first 2 months, as your shirt will stick to your skin... Also they do not promote from within, so if your looking to advance, this is not the company for u..

      Pros

      The best reason to work here for me was getting experience in manufacturing which led me to my current position at a new company.

      Cons

      The management here is terrible. You have absolutely no support and you may even be thrown under the bus by your manager! Coworkers continuously lie and set people up to get them fired. I watched it happen to others as well as myself. The worst part about it, there are cameras... HR and management knew of all the issues and nothing was ever done. I would rather work at McDonalds than ever go back to this cancerous job.
