      Insulated idiots flourish at the top... Workers seen as merely foder for executives to acheive promotion

      Pros

      Good pay... Some good peers... Work can at times be rewarding but don't count on management to provide any level of satisfaction

      Cons

      Executives DO NOT understand an iota of the work being accomplished that they make critical business decisions on... You are treated as a line item on a cash flow statement. If you are not directly impacting an executives ability to be promoted, I suggest you look for work elsewhere. 100 year old soda company that can't sell soda

      *Great Brands *Work from Home *Company Car *401 K and Retirement Plan *Former "Quaker" people are awesome to work for.

      Cons

      *BIG CPG, very concerned with "diversity" and "Wall-street" *Extra Hours *Bunches of Weekends *Email at "all" hours of the day, some people have no life outside of work *CEO talks about empowering people. Never seen it only "Layoffs" *If you are looking for growth, look elsewhere

      Pros

      Pretty much the benefits. Pay is ok however, you will work for it.

      Cons

      When I say that you will work for it, I mean it. Management cares nothing about you as an individual, they only care about their chips. You are replaceable regardless of how hard of a worker you are. I have heard that it is not like that in all of the plants but the one that I work in they are liars and cheats. They can lie right to your face and then stab you in the back as soon as you turn to leave. They actually encourage people to stab others in the back.. It is not a "great place to be"
