Pros

Good pay and some of the jobs have little supervision. It is better than working for some of the competition when you talk to them about the conditions that they work under. You aren't constantly tracked with your cellphone.

Cons

Some jobs have a little too much supervision and you may be constantly told about your job performance. Keep in mind that you are constantly being viewed by cameras when you work anywhere near a warehouse and you may be followed secretly by management when you leave the warehouse.

Cons

Work/Home life balance. No Holidays off but Thanksgiving and Christmas. Split work week. Advancement in company without college degree. Some employees gossip alot
