Pros

The pay is higher paying than most jobs. You make over $15.00 in the warehouse.

Cons

They don't say "I don't care," but they exhibit it with their behavior, language, and the choice of words they use. There is no such thing as work life balance working in the warehouse because you are forced on your off days and are required to come in to work and take Hits for refusal to work on your scheduled off day which means you have no life outside of Frito Lay/Pepsico. Too many Hits can end your employment. In order to do anything, people have to use their vacation days to take off from work to run everyday errands instead of using them for a real time to relax and regroup. Management will lie to your face and ignore you when you seek more answers to the lie they just told you, but they figure you are being paid over $15 an hour they can treat you any kind of way.

Pros

You get stale chips, pay used to be decent before recent commission restructuring. Fellow reps are good people, who all share a mutual hatred of the company.

Cons

Literally everything about the job. Wake up at 2 am, drive to stores and deal with obnoxious and low class store managers, daily struggle with operations to get your product delivered in a timely manner. Incompetent managers who have never done your job, but will tell you how you're doing it wrong. Ridiculous sales plans. Working 65 hours on a holiday week with zero regard for your work life balance, while management clocks in about 15 hours for the week. You will get home generally too exhausted to do anything but wait until your next shift. DO NOT WORK HERE FOR ANY REASON. YOU WILL HATE YOUR LIFE. Extremely toxic and poisonous atmosphere.

Good Company - Highschool Culture

Pros

- Good Company to have on your resume.

Cons

- There is a bit of a Pepsico High school Feel - Some individuals have a bullying and condescending tone and behavior - Managers are not always truthful - If you are not favored then you will be overlooked when opportunities arise - People always seeking to know your personal information - Very poor communication and they do not promote nor support and inclusive environment. - Some directors have immature natures and segregate staff ** Overall if you are not well liked by directors you are pretty much stuck and overlooked. These people like to gossip and never communicate important changes to lower level employees who are mostly impacted by such changes.
