Giant corporation with morale trending downhill and profits skyrocketing!!

Pros

Steady job. They have never laid off an employee in their history. Medical benefits were good as well as the dental.

Cons

Long hours!! Every year you have to work harder to make the same amount of money. They hire management from colleges put them on a route for a month and make them your manager. They have added all of these bogus titles to give to these young college kids and make them feel important. They are ill prepared for the position and have no idea the way the snack industry operates. They have cut commission in recent years. Lowered coverages on medical and dental.

Pros

Good pay, a lot of time by yourself.

Cons

Management is changing every 6 months cycling through nothing but recent college graduates who just stop showing up. Average 55-70 hours per week. Overtime is variable rate which comes out to about $5 per hour.

Pros

The people that I work with is the main pro, as well as the competitive nature of the business. Salary is average at best

Cons

Corporate treats the Frontline employees like robots. Very difficult to move up within the company unless you are minority or female, and then you will be fast tracked regardless of your performance
