Pros
No supervisor breathing down your back, somewhat able to create your own schedule.
Cons
Horrible communication, unrealistic plan numbers, new product forced out even if it doesn't sell which negatively impacts your pay, product that is nearing stale date in warehouse forced onto your order so it doesn't stale out in the warehouse and they can take money out of your check, low pay, target pay is based on 45 hours a week if you don't hit that then your pay is drastically cut. Ect, ect. Ect
