Great benefits and days off if you have enough seniority.

Cons

Mediocre pay at best. The company looks for every reason to deduct pay from your paycheck as a sales representative. Hit your numbers or pay the company back. They are Anti-Christian and fo kot acknowledged Easter as a holiday either personal or religious.
