      - decent budgets and travel - rigorous business analysis and strategy - decentralized corporate model (pro and con)

      Cons

      -focus on internal messaging and self-congratulatory actions vs. any real consumer-facing connections - must love building decks - As others have mentioned, politics are king, if you don't play the sycophant well, you won't be rewarded - lack of diversity addressed by appointing a female CEO who's on a mission to be a CMO, which turns into weird, boring marketing that doesn't sell alcohol - Booze. It's everywhere, all the time - Hugely bureaucratic structures make quick, timely decisions impossible

      Flexibility in work environment, progressive CEO, support groups and large network of teammates across divisions, good competitive spirit and winning strategies.

      Cons

      Systems reinvented each year so big learning curve each time it changes, lots of over communication (ie forwarded email of a forwarded email with lots of instructions to read below) timelines for return on projects short and lots of fire drills, male dominated but taking actual steps toward more intersectional diversity within the company and even in C suite postions.
