Product allowance is a big win - think 4-6 cases of wine/spirits every couple of months. Office culture = surrounded by smart people, you work hard and play hard. Work hours = you do work 1-2.5 hours overtime every day. But if you need to leave early or leave and come back for an appointment, it is never a problem. Recognition & reward: many recognition programs & lots of places to "promote" your wins Opportunities for career growth: plenty of room to grow and move and transfer into other departments

Life at The Absolut Company (like in Sweden) is underwhelming

- it's a spirits business - TAC TRUELY values creativity and creative thinking (this is not lip service) - Work with great global brand builders - exposure to unique opportunities and projects that do not exist even in many fortune 500 companies

Cons

- being business oriented does not guarantee your opinion will matter - your career is not likely to be a priority for your boss or senior management - this is my 4th corporate headquarters, and by far the WORST HR team i have ever come across - Senior management is out of touch with the emotions, sentiments and barriers of the rest of the organization
