Pros
Untill recent times Pernod Ricard in Russia has been a mecca of creativity and talant in brands marketing. Due to high performance results the company was granted quite some independence in terms of local brands strategies development which lead to consumer activations which were highly affinitive and engaging for the audience. I was lucky to be fully trusted by my boss, the marketing director, who encouraged me to form a PR team that would fit best my ambition for Pernod Recard brands to be the most known and bought by Russian consumers.
Cons
The only cons were a lacck of opportunity to work on other markets which has always been my desire and carreer goal
