nice co working colleagues, great brands. that's the only thing good about this place

Cons

Keep good people, very political at the expat and management level, resort to mean ways and coming up with excuses of getting rid of people, worst human resource i have ever seen, totally unprofessional, cold hearted, and breach the rules of conduct. High turnover rate of 15-16 people within a year since 2017.

If you're a tall caucasion man apply here you will be assumed to be highly competant from the get go and your career will sky-rocket. If you're a french man or woman also apply here your career will sky rocket. If you're a young woman, you'll have to work twice as hard to have the opportunity for promotion... if it even happens which it likely won't.

Cons

They work you to the bone. Pay is average. Management puts a lot of pressure on people to the point where many people have stories of crying and not being happy working there.
