      Exciting and aspirational Brands. In search of good work - life balance for employees. Strong culture and values - based on Ricard family heritage.

      Cons

      Maybe just a little bit "too french". Almost all expatriates are french. Too much planning and too little focus on executing the plans.

      Pros

      Pernod Ricard let you realise what you want to do. If you have an idea , they support you to realise it. Because they are operating in a regulative conditions, they are always open new ideas.

      Cons

      Due to they sell products ( alcoholic drinks ) which ride on regulatory statutes in many countries , it maybe a problem for personal development. Because , many time you faces the problems like, we can not do it ,that. So if you want to make a 360 degree marketing , this is not the place for you.
