Pros

benefits are okay but not great

Cons

Vue PACS project management is a mess. Unhealthy in many ways. You can be mistreated because one of the managers is toxic. She is more cordial to people who look like her. Some of her favorites work less hours than others. She is the reason why more than 20 people have left in the last year yet she is still there and calling the shots. Leadership lets her do what she wants. Customers do not appreciate her either. She's been with the company forever so she isn't going anywhere. She bullies people on her team and other teams non-stop and even yells at them. There are endless, unfair expectations of people she doesn't like. She will not support you and jumps to conclusions without any background story or facts. Onboarding is a joke and does not prepare you enough to fly solo quickly. Lots of nepotism hiring going on for people who are not very qualified in the first place. If someone's husband works in Vue PACS then their wife or friend can get in without much experience. If your brother works at the company, then you can also get in. Her favorites never travel like others on the team. You won't grow and you will burnout eventually like everyone who left.
