Leadership would set unrealistic expectations for customers that the PM would have to navigate.

Philips has wide opportunity to grow and management is always in support of it. This is an organization which always gives preference to sustaining employees. The medical benefits and leave plans are in support of employees.

Cons

Multi national multi cultural environment which is expat friendly Great place to learn

Cons

Your prior experience outside Netherlands does not count, one is placed on same pay grade as a fresh Masters graduate; Many employees work through Randstad payrolls which is a bit of a loss financially
