Pros

Salary is good if you can take the toxicity

Cons

Bosses will throw you under the bus to protect themselves. Management is micro and inconsistent. Often creating conflicting policies and procedures on the fly. Service Now, the application used for support tickets is a complete disaster

Pros

Some benefits good, but getting expensive

Cons

Cheap company, havent received a decent raise in many years. We are falling behind in this economy, while upper management rakes in their bonuses. They heap more and more responsibility on you with no pay incentive, they are lost in their own world. Not a good long term employer.
