Pros

High salary - the most I have ever made in my career! 100% work from home and will never return to the office. Can work from anywhere in the US as long as you have reliable connectivity. Everyone on the team is happy and willing to help. Our manager came up through the ranks, knows the product and the role and used to be a trainer. She is very hands on and provides lots of teachable moments to the team. The job is very complex and you have to hold yourself to a very high standard to succeed but the rewards are worth it.

Cons

Some of the internal applications and process's can be over engineered and actually hinder you. There is a high degree of internal regulation and monitoring, but in the long run, this makes you a better employee and improves quality.
