      Pros

      All about the Metrics. Make them look good an you will do fine. Some empowerment to make decisions on your accounts. Benefits are very good but usually healthcare costs will be higher than your pay raise.

      Cons

      Local Management will try to have you shift your hours at their convenience to avoid paying overtime. Local management lately has been terrible. Pay will never increase as fast as the COL Management demands a high level of world class service yet they don't compensate for such demands. Companies like Microsoft in the same area will pay almost double for similar stress level. Retention of newer employees has been substandard. Most leave due to 2 things. 1. Management. 2. Salaries. Most Hospitals will pay better and have less work to do. Work/Home balance isnt great. You are basically supposed to have Philips as the most important part of your life. Anything less and it is frowned upon. There is no stability in leadership. Constant change and not always for the better. Too many hoops to jump through for field engineers doing their jobs.

      No work life balance

      Pros

      The work culture is very good depending on the team. A lot of new learnings.

      Cons

      No work-life balance. Management is not good, the manager is supporting specific people always. No proper management. A lot of process needs to follow like college, in fact, school is far better than this, and lot of internal politics. A lot of work pressure. No professional managers. There was no proper planning meetings and deadline. etc. There were no proper tools to raise the ticket for any concern, for each thing they had different tools and no support from anyone. Giving more preference to interns.

      Worst can be laid off anytime

      Pros

      Work life balance depending on project. Sodexo. Nothing much bad here is more than the good.

      Cons

      Managers are egoistic and rude. You can be laid off anytime. Philips promotes attrition and that too declares mass layoffs. No work at all they simply keep employee engaged in the name of remediation. Layoffs happened in usa. In India also . People here lack at technical competencies. Company job security is poor . Recommend not joining this at all.
