      Pros

      Pay is good, Vacation time is good, 401K is fantastic

      Cons

      Management from the top down seems clueless. During this most recent spread of Covid they have decided to force everyone back into the office saying at some point we’ll ha e to “Deal with it”. I think this is a disgraceful decision as a healthcare company. This decision was made in the heels of a massive recall for sleep machine that the company could not give any fees back or replacement options for customers. The entire company has a toxic work environment and every department seems pitted to compete with one another. I would not recommend working for this company until they find new leadership.

      Pros

      Products are generally very good and avant guard! Lots of tenured employees with passion.

      Cons

      Upper management is disconnected from the reality. Managing up is Lots a smokescreen initiatives to promote employee well being and inclusion/ diversity. The treatment of employees retiring after 30 plus years of service is embarrassing. We made the best employer list in the GTA area I am not sure what the credentials are but totally false. Operationally we are a mess and nobody wants to hear the truth.

      If you want a decent pay and nothing else fulfilling or meaningful to your career, then this is the place.

      Cons

      No Skills development. Corporate politics. Mega Corp mentality. No innovation. Open Office Bad office location.
