      Great global company but bad regional managers

      Pros

      Great global Outlook. Great brand value. Good values and great vision. Company has programs to support employees.

      Cons

      Bad Indian management which spoil the company outlook and the great culture. Extreme power politics. Resistance to ideas and innovation. Talent snubbing. Disrespectful environment. Toxic employees are tolerated by bad managers.

      Great at first, but they don't make it desirable long term

      Pros

      Good Pay and Benefits, excellent on boarding process

      Cons

      Terrible work / balance, major long term stability issues with jobs outsourced to other countries, incompetent or disconnected middle management. In short, the juice isn't worth the squeeze.
