No pros. Bad culture interviewer are very conserved minded and don't want to listen to your approach. They use obsolete technology and don't ever apply or waste your time. Will ask you un necessary questions. Please be careful if you are joining Philips foster city office

Cons

They don't want to listen to you and never satisfied with what you say....they are all old age people 15-18 years of work ex and definitely not a place for new people.
