Benefits are great Working with R&D, Quality, Assemblers is fun and educational

Always, US is directed from the Eindhoven leadership with "get it done or else" attitude... Can you say management by fear? To many corrective actions being worked on due to bad design and poor electrical testing process Managers told to write reviews more negative for certain people. This allows director and hr to efficiently get rid of the overpaid, the real engineers who push back and really care, and justify low raises. US Mfg overhired in FY15. I think we'll have to have another RIF for business survival

Lot's of resources and broad knowledge of the industry they playing in.Some of the product are very innovative and truly standing out from the others.

Cons

Very difficult networking. No/limited best practice sharing. Resources are not balanced across countries and regions.

The technical people, (a.k.a, the people who are actually doing work) are smart, nice, willing to share their knowledge. Relatively flexible schedules.

Cons

The management is terrible. They have been changing the upper management every few weeks. Endless useless meetings.
