Decent healthcare benefits and good 401k matching offered

Cons

Poor leadership and management, specifically in Image Guided Therapy Devices. With Medical Devices, quality should be of utmost priority but there is a lot of corners being cut to meet financial goals from the top management. Tons of turnover in leadership as well
