      Ok pay, but nothing to brag about

      Your manager really makes or breaks you. If you have a manager that is only looking out for himself and how he looks in front of others, you’re gonna have a rough time. If your 1:1s only consist of status report, you need to plan for yourself. If he gives you lots of praise during the year, then come performance review time, he apologizes a lot for giving you just an adequate score instead of stellar performance, you’re also gonna have a bad time. My advice is choose another place to work for unless you have nothing to pay the bills. I didn’t meet that many people there that inspired me. Every survey they send out can be traced back to you.

      Awful management. Doesn’t care about its people. Fine with people quitting and just saying we will hire new people to replace

      Good Medical device company to work at Pune

      - Good learning opportunities - Attractive salary package during hiring - Flexible worklife

      Cons

      - Regional Politics within team as most of the Management is from South and they hire candidates accordingly. - Too much work pressure - HR is just for name sake here. Zero retention policy. They would never listen to employee feedback or complains. All the rules are made and managed by respected team managers and HR never take any action. - DO NOT JOIN MR BUSINESS & STET team. Rest Business teams are good!
