Pros

It was a nice company, but so many FDA problems. The problem was too big to be solved. So shut down the whole facility and move business oversea, very sad.

Cons

yearly performance review is based on the managers preference.

Pros

Philips is a great company. Work-life balance is great and the culture is employee friendly.

Cons

Management at the top has become disconnected from reality. The Quality and Regulatory management is more concerned with "diversity" than with the tremendous quality and regulatory failures of the last many years that are. The CEO level that should be driving compliance refuses to address the regulatory management weakness. If this doesn't change immediately, this company is doomed.
