Pros

Benefits, vacation package, good people

Cons

Too many management changes. Excessive offshoring. Global management structure out of touch with business realities. Executive management unable or unwilling to change long term plans when business damage is very apparent do to cost reduction commitments. Career opportunities are almost non existent. If you are entrepreneurial, look elsewhere. This company has transformed from a locally driven business to a European style socialist state.

Pros

Mostly good people. Good technology.

Cons

You're a sales rep count on having multiple bosses in territory changes on an annual basis. Every single year the Compensation Plan gets lower and lower and lower. OTE decrease annually, and all the people around you that are trying to support your territory really don't care because they're on salary and could care less. If it's not in their job responsibilities they're not doing it. Unfortunately it wasn't like that 5 years ago which is why we actually kept very good sales people.

Hello there, thank you for your feedback. This definitely is something we value, seeing that you have been with us for a very long time already. Our company is a very large organization that is located in a fast paced market. So we are constantly evolving. That does not necessary mean that you should be afraid of losing your job. We hope to provide everyone within our organization with a stable position, but that being said, we do ask flexibility from our employees as well. And we do offer a lot of opportunities through the Philips University to keep evolving as employee as well. We do hope to keep the great atmosphere within the teams and the talent that they bring to the table as well. We do hope that your prospect for the future could be alleviated a little bit by perhaps talking about it with your managing personnel or perhaps the HR team.
