Cons

Every management fad from the last two decades: Lean + Six Sigma + CL + Kaizen + Agile. Engineering management doesn’t understand how engineering works. Horrible semi open office environment

Management was horrible. They were detached and treated their employees more like machines than people.

Pros

Good products that make a positive impact on people lives and health.

Cons

Not a very progressive company. Many processes are old and out-dated. Lots of ambiguity and slow responses make it frustrating to get work done. Slow decision making on the exec level. Many changes and re-orgs make it hard to get direction from leadership.
