Healthcare company, challenging opportunities, good compensation. Focused on improving the quality of life, specifically the healtcare of people.

Cons

Having difficulities currently. Not hitting financial objectives. Multiple Layoffs have occurred. Moving to an out-sourcing model for some key functions.

Great company to work for. highly innovative and humane leadership. Big multinational that had presence across continents

Cons

sometimes a tad bit slow . wasnt able to match up with asian competition in form of Sony, LG, Samsung in AV business though lighting is still doing great
