good atmosphere in the creative departments, good team spirit in a small and bigger scale, acting community around the globe, very international office crews, climate of innovation and drive, High speed of working (depending on the location)

Cons

some decision making is slow and not comprehensible, some key positions are to conservative in thinking to drive fast moving business, some fields have a strong vision where to go... some don't.
