Nice team and people. Friendly work environment. A lot of freedom on the job, is essential to take ownership of the projects. Challenging and demanding, very good overall eperience.

Cons

There are not many cons, sometimes people forget to ask you for things and there are a lot of some last minute and urgent tasks. Sometimes lack of clear communication due to lack of time of supervisors and management.
