Pros

Company offers good benefits. The workers want to do a good job. Great training and technology offered.

Cons

Leadership could use overhaul. Due to workforce reduction, remaining employees are thinly staffed and overworked. Constant changes if operations but due to ever changing healthcare landscape.

The environment is open and people are friendly and nice. Work time is flexible. Innovation is inspired everyday.

Cons

My manager and my project lead often gave different and conflict directions for the research. Also, too many meetings can distract you from your work.

Philips Healthcare product suite is excellent. All the projects provide really good hands on experience with software development life cycle.

Cons

Many layers (sometimes redundant) layers of management makes it harder to understand the organization structure. Every business unit is very different from the other especially when it comes to working style and culture.
