Lots of freedom for personal development. Exco has clear and transparant strategic vision, so the future of the company is really looking great!

Cons

Sometimes decision-making processes are too slow. However, big global transformation program needs to reduce this and leads to speeding up.

Average pay with great 401k match. Decent vacation and flexible incidental time off. Large company with many support groups. Limited travel.

Cons

Company is big and slow, not very dynamic. The large support structure tends to slow down any progress. Too much focus on the way things have always been done. Limited opportunity for career advancement.
