There is a lot of attention for personal growth, the benefits are above average and I have great colleages to work with. And the location (High Tech Campus) is very nice.

Cons

There is still a lot of politics and bureacracy, but that is to be expected with a company as large as Philips.

1. Compensation is not fair across grades. 2. If you are not from the healthcare background, be ready to fight a long battle to make your mark. (not really a con as the same is true everywhere else)
