Excellent work content especially the latest work on full lifecycle healthcare products for low cost markets, also have had opportunity to do diverse work and so not got bored , great fun culture and also a real focus on people development ...PIC feels like a family to me

Cons

distance to work - location is Manyata Tech Park near Hebbal - so unless you are staying close by, it's a nightmare right now till the Nagavarra flyover is completed. Also, need revival of benefits wrt loans / housing loan interest subsidy - those that were reduced during deep recession in 2009 - now things are very bright and so should be brought back

Good place for people who need a job to support a family

Pros

Good climate, relaxed colleagues, relatively good pay. The work-life balance is very good and the management is supportive to coworkers who are raising a family. There is virtually no pressure to go beyond the individual comfort zone (which for me is more of a "con")

Cons

Many things a done because "we always did it this way". The reasons for restructuring, changes etc... are not properly communicated, sometimes the work force is left with the impression that nothing depends on them.
