Recent Layoffs, If you want to advance you will have to relocate to Andover Massachusetts Many people do not have a career path. Company does not have innovative products to keep up with competition, even though they emphasis on "Accelerate" there is nothing to accelerate to.

Benefits, work/career balance If you want an H1-B visa go for it, they're a factory. I'd say 80-90% of the technical people are foriegn born, Chineese, Pakistan, Indian. Most with poor English skills. Then you have the Dutch expats.

Cons

Salary at the very low end, very high cost of living (NYC suburbs), no career path, technically unsophisticated, when they say research they mean short term development. Bad communication across research labs (Eindhoven gets priority, followed by China & India).
