No clear Goals, Pretend to get better but just shuffle things around Poor design quality management is completely disconnected When you get promoted they have corporate rules against paying you your market value No formal development plans underpay the good employee's Retirement home for lazy people who just get by, their best talent, stays for a year or two then leaves

Philips offers a lot of opportunities in many different areas, ie: training, career advancement, benefits, work/life balance, on-site fitness. They are a health and well being company focusing on improving lives, which makes me feel good about working for such a company. I like working for a company that not only people recognize but more than likely have a Philips product in their home.

Cons

Many layers of complexity, but also creates a challenge as well.
