Cons

-The assigned job was routine, lack of challenge. -Not much opportunity for career advancement. -Salary was average in industry. -Be prepared for people smoking around you.

Competitive salary and benefits package. Attractive work environment. Moderate training opportunities. Company is international in scope.

Cons

Very poor communication interdepartmental communication. Company policies and procedures were inconsistent, ill-defined and difficult to locate within internal web structure. Management recruited friends and/or former coworkers from outside the organization rather than promoting from within. Software division was rife with politics. Corporate management and operations practices were grossly inconsistent with Philips marketing and advertising messages to the public.
