Great benefits including insurance, vacation, holidays, etc. Room for growth if you get into the right group. Opportunities to work all over the world depending on what kind of work you do.

Resources and budget are usually available to enable projects to be completed. The company has a wealth of technical knowledge built form years of existence. The work environment is very collaborative.

Cons

Sometimes the complex organization structure can hinder projects or tasks to be completed on time. Discussions are a big part of the company culture so this may extend the timeline for projects.

Philps is a great place to work. Great work/life balance and a lot of flexibility is offered to all employees.

Cons

Not so much a con but because Philips is such a large company it often takes longer to get things done. If coming from a small company it may be hard to get used to.
