Pros
Good products - different sales forces for different products, so lots of opportunity for sales people. Products have a good reputation. Market leader or near-leader in many categories.
Cons
Not a customer or market focused company. Need more sales support staff. Sales people are asked to do a lot of tasks that pull them out of the field. It's easily a 60+ hour a week place to work if you are in sales.
