Take care of the talent growth. Clear strategy and strong management team.

Cons

Company seems to move towards the FMCG area to compete with J-J and P&G. However, the legacy of Philips CE has to be leveraged to sustain the future profitable growth, not putting too much stake on FMCG which is not core competency of Philips per se.
