Not a good company to work for in a long term career position.

Small sized company attached to a huge corporation with overly ambitious ideals. Individuals are treated as corporate numbers and have access to global computerized benefits.

Cons

Not a good occupation for a long-term career individual. Limited chances to climb the corporate ladder and when you do make a huge effort and eventually get to a better position you are either terminated after 20 years or sent back to the manufacturing floor to start over.
