Pros

They are good about allowing time-off as long as current projects are wrapped up or given to somebody else. The company is relatively stable.

Cons

The company is a typical corporate bureaucracy. You only get information on an "as needed" basis. Many departments are understaffed. There is no recognition of talent anywhere. Nobody is held accountable for anything. When a "miracle" is performed, they expect it over and over again.

Being provided a car, insurance, fuel, and cell phone. Freedom to make your own schedule and limited interruption from management. The equipment truly is top knotch in every way.

Cons

High pressure work. Lack of leadership and personal development from management. Better salaries for equal work at competitor companies. Promotions seem to occur within the 'good ole boy' network.
