Lots of good career opportunities. Dual career ladder for engineering. A lot of good people eager to share knowledge and build great friendships. Good benefit package. Value work life balance. Lots of opportunities for training, and lots of good managers who truly cares for their employees.

Cons

Not always the most competitive salaries and reward programs.

Nice people, interesting projects, good work life balance. Good place to work if you want to get involved in the growing medical industry.

Cons

promotions and salary raises were not in line with competition. More educational opportunities would have been good. Training of employees is lacking. Documentation is lacking. Projects are slow moving.
