Good people, good training, and real support in the field. Management understands what the job is like and you’re not left alone when things get challenging. Tools, pay, and benefits are competitive, and work-life balance is reasonable for an FSE role.

Cons

It’s a large company, so there are plenty of systems and processes to learn. Some things move slower than in smaller organizations, especially early on.

It's an ok place to work, Field employees and front line managers actually know what's going on.

Cons

Upper salaried personal are con artists and are only interested in revenue. Rolling over anyone including compliance to get it.
