No work, but you still get paid monthly salary. Good for lethargic people

Cons

Poor facility, torn seats, broken desks Employees on the least priority, treated low No proper Policies in place. Not a place for people who want to work and innovate. HR runs on all lies right from the time of hiring. Overall poor place to work. Senior leadership has no soft skills

Very smart team and great projects

Cons

No respect for work-life balance Extremely frugal company in all the sens of the word - all social event always held on workers time never company time (BBQ, Team event, team lunch/dinners,...) Also the senior leadership team is leaving the company at a very face pace in the past 2 months

Discriminate locals.

Pros

No pros. Learn nothing. Greatly underpaid for the dangerous lab work we do.

Cons

Discriminate local Singaporeans. Local Singaporeans only technician and associate level. Engineers and above only foreigners. No recognition for work we have done. Impossible to upgrade from associate level to Engineer level even with degree. Only looking for foreigners while the locals at lower end there are suffering. If you like R&D, look elsewhere.
