Everyone cares about you personally (first) and professionally (second); excellent chance for advancement if you work hard; great benefits

Cons

It is sometimes "too large" and functionality loses out; globally diverse (which is a positive!) but makes it hard to schedule meetings and connect with teammates on projects; matrixed organization, can be hard to find action owners at times

9-5 work you can take long holiday not demanding you can work with average performance and retire (if you dont stick your head too much)

Cons

CEO has a vision but the middle managers dampen everything. VPs, Senior Directors has a comfortable package; they dont want to take risks, they are not incentivized to push to boundaries and perform As an employee when you push the boundaries and try to change things you are being asked "not to have a big mouth". there are dog and pony shows of awards and that but again this is orchestrated from VPs and the like, so its mostly nice PowerPoints hidden philosophy is "act normal that's crazy enough" - if you are a talent with a will to push boundaries - you are quite literally the crazy one
