Join only if you are good at sweet talking with managers

Cons

Employees should always try to be in good books of managers.. Else you are screwed. Managers don't bother about technical knowledge or the quality of work you do. You can always be close to higher management and get away with sub-par work. Try to talk against the process or policies and be ready to get screwed big time.
