- Good work life balance. - I had a good team leader. - Work from home options.

Cons

- Lack of workplace values/ethics. You'll find people shouting, blaming, shutting others down. I've seen people cry due to stress from being exposed to this toxicity. - They hire more people than needed, some with little to no coding experience for software development jobs. - Lack of "driven" people. Not many want to learn, improve or even listen!
