Pros

Benefits are nice. Healthcare and technology opportunities are great. There are so many potential ways this can be exploited that I feel giddy about it. The company sits on a huge amount of data in healthcare and personal health that can be mined if we work as a team.

Cons

The company at each business unit level needs a clear strategy. It feels like we are grasping for things in the dark. It feels that nepotism and favoritism is rife. At our location, every person they hire is from the office in from Israel or former Toshiba employees at the higher level. At the lower level, they keep bringing in team members from the offices in India who get locked in because of L1 visa issues based on what I understand. It is not a dynamic culture. The silicon valley vibe is missing and the experience is a bit jaded.

Nice office, great campus, surroundings and atmosphere very inspiring; A lot of smart people around, and the work is very interesting

Cons

bureaucracy, slow in taking decisions, a lot of unnecessary overhead, in some sectors people are living in some parallel universe, where repeating what competition already did actually beats the competition. Because of that a lot of energy and effort is basically wasted.
