None run by a bunch of idiots all managers are yes men so never going to innovate all top down no feedback allowed from grass roots

Great benefits, good pay, room to advance

Cons

Some management is protected from bad behavior. Fake metrics used by management to obtain goals at employee expense. (Forced overtime with no pay)

Pros are Health Benefits, Vacation Days ,Remote Job

Cons

Company says they want their employees happy and yet we are always scrambling to have the resources needed to perform our jobs. Management expects us to work overtime. Last year's merit increase was 1%.
