Pros

We used to have a great team and high morale. Lately we are losing people faster than we can replace them.

Cons

If we are lucky enough to get replacements the people we do get are lacking and not up to par. We are so short staffed we have to keep them

Pros

19 days vacation time 7 sick days a year starting out.

Cons

Customers extremely demanding. Everything is high priority or escalated problem. Too many managers. Recent layoffs and high employee turnover due to hiring of new TSEs in Bangalore.
